We are pleased to offer you a comprehensive range of services, tailored
specifically to meet your requirements.

Key Holding.
Worried about losing your keys? Don't be!
We will securely hold the keys for your Spanish holiday home.
We will be available for
tradesmen or deliveries etc at an additional cost. See our 'Charges'
page for more information.
Key Holding Plus
Regular visits to your property when unoccupied. Your home will be
opened, aired and inspected. The water will be run and toilets flushed.
Indoor or balcony plants will be watered. Mail Box will be checked.
Minor problems will be reported by e-mail, all major problems will
immediately be reported by telephone. We will arrange for tradesmen to
attend your property as required. Waiting for tradesmen or deliveries -
an additional charge will be made. We will be available to supply keys
to yourselves and your guests if they should be lost. Guests will be
charged at cost for any replacement keys needed. We will act as the
emergency contact for your guests at no extra charge.
For You and Your Guests. Changeovers.
We offer a complete cleaning and laundry service for your property to
include:
Laundry of sheets, towels and tea towels. Storage and airing of spare
sheets etc. Washing all tiled floors, including balcony and terrace,
vacuuming of rugs and soft furnishings. Cleaning and sanitising bathroom
and toilet furniture to include replacement toilet rolls. Cleaning and
sanitising kitchen
equipment, work surfaces and cupboards.
Emptying of bins and disposing of rubbish. Dusting all ledges and
furniture. Wiping marks from doorframes, light switches and walls.
Replacing defective light bulbs. Windows will be cleaned as and when
required, normally if occupied on a monthly basis.
An extra charge may be made due to the location of your
property e.g. near building works. Checking your property and reporting
to you via E-mail, any defects found. Normally the cleaning of your
property is undertaken when your guests leave, but if there is need for a
pre occupation clean and we have previously cleaned the property a small
charge will be made. If you are concerned about the security of your
property,

security shutters, blinds, gates and alarms etc.
