Management Package
Property
Management 290 Euros per annum payable 1st January. A
pro rata amount will be charged depending on the month of commencement.
Holiday Changeovers
From
40 Euros per changeover for 2 bed properties. From 50 Euros per changeover for
3 bed properties. Our changeover service takes all of the uncertainty
out of changeovers. We ensure that your property is sparkling, crisp and

Welcome Pack
 With many of the budget flights to Spain now arriving late in the
evening, it can be difficult trying to sort out where to obtain supplies
from, especially at ten o'clock at night in a new country. Jo & David
can supply you with enough of life's essentials to take you through to
Breakfast!
We charge
from 15 Euros for standard pack. Typically, a pack would consist of: Tea,
coffee, milk, fruit juice, water, bread, cheese, ham, eggs, butter, jam
and snacks with an option to include a choice of alcoholic drinks. Additional items charged at cost. For more

requirements, please do not hesitate to contact
us.
We try to meet our client's requirements as far as possible! Once
you get to Spain, we will be happy to direct you to the nearest
supermarkets and street markets where you can obtain fresh fish, fruit,
cheeses, local produce and - of course - UK brand names you are familiar
with! For those of you unfamiliar with Spanish Street markets...they are
BIG! The Saturday Market in Playa Flamenca for example, has over 200
stalls! Fresh local produce is brought in and there is a brisk trade in
fruit, vegetables, cheese, fruit...you name it. There are even larger
markets in Torrevieja!
Meet and Greet/Airport Transfers
It can be difficult giving directions to your taxi driver if you are
unfamiliar with the route to your holiday apartment or villa. For a
nominal fee we can have you met at the airport and escorted directly to
your door by English speaking Reps.
Airport Transfers can be arranged from 40 Euros each way. Please contact
us for further details. Alternatively, we will be pleased to meet your
guests on arrival in your home. We will hand over the keys and offer a
warm welcome. Your guests will be shown around the property and have the
use of water heaters, cookers, washing machines etc explained. We will
give a short talk on security matters. On departure, we will collect the
keys and carry out our damage inspection. 10 Euros per booking.
20 Euros between the hours of midnight and 8am.
Spring
Clean and re-decoration
from 300 euros.
Let us take care of the Spring Cleaning for you! There is nothing
better than a good old-fashioned spring clean and re-painting of walls
to give your property a fresh, new lease of life. Due to the high
quality of our usual changeover cleans, we suggest that this special
service need only be carried out annually.
Awaiting Tradesmen/Deliveries.

Blanca Property Management Services
can arrange to have your deliveries or tradesmen met on your behalf at
your property.
This ensures an additional level of security for the owner, whilst
ensuring that maintenance work is carried out correctly and according to
your requirements. All for a small additional cost of
10 Euros per hour.
You can relax in the knowledge that your property is being securely
maintained and managed.
Jo & David will be happy to advise you about obtaining a Mail Box of
your own for use here in Spain.
